Processing time is 1-2 weeks as of March 2017. Add 2 extra weeks for pre-order items. We do not accept refunds unless the order is shipped past it's scheduled ship date. If your order reaches you either damaged or not as described, I will gladly send replacements or a gift card if you contact customer service via email with your full name, address, and photos of what you received. I do not accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of the products. Processing times are subject to change if there are any unexpected delays due to holidays or weather.
